Earlier by order dated 22.07.2015 four weeks time was allowed to the learned counsel for the appellants to take steps for fresh service of appeal notices upon the respondent nos. 1 and 2 but the same has not been complied with.

Again by order dated 21.07.2017, again four weeks time was allowed to take steps for fresh service of appeal notices upon the respondent nos. 1 and 2 under ordinary process but the same has also not been complied with Today no body is present on behalf of the appellants it reveals that the appellants have lost interest in this appeal, resulting, no body is turning up.
