JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing of twenty thousand rupees and mobile of the tractor driver and damaging the tractor leading to registration of FIR against unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation on the confession of co accused Bipul Kumar Patel alias Vicky Kumar.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except confession of co accused, there is nothing against the petitioner.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27740 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
