In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 137 of 2012 (Sessions Trial No. 270 of 2013) for offence under Sections 394, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is a matter of road rage in which the victim has been killed. The petitioner is a history-sheeter.

This Court has received the status report of the case. From perusal of the same, it appears that so far three witnesses have been examined.

In that view of the matter, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Ayub Ansari @ Md. Ayub Ansari is rejected with a direction to the trial court to complete the trial of the
