Petitioner, already in custody since 1.9.2017, seeks bail in Majhauliya PS Case No. 260 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that within a year of the marriage the petitioner killed his wife in association with others and disposed of the dead body.

Submission is that the petitioner's wife committed suicide and in presence of her parents dead body was disposed of. Having considered nature of offence and the allegation the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
