Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant was complaining regarding her standing crop damaged by someone, in the meanwhile, petitioner threw hot oil over her head. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are agnates and the injuries are on the shoulder and arm and not on the face and said injuries are simple in nature.
