JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/307/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Unknown motorcycle born criminals shot at the informant as well as brother of the informant as a result both sustained injuries and brother of the informant died during the course of treatment.

Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused during investigation. Submission is that there is no other material against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18338 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Samastipur/Successor Court, in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.19 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
