The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons committed forgery in BETET Examination, 2011 and got the appointment as teacher.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that in whole of the investigation, no person has been examined by the investigating officer claiming to had been

No.40362 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 seen the petitioner working as teacher impersonating himself for any person and absolutely no material has come during investigation showing convince of the petitioner in the occurrence in any manner. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12717 of 2019.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Richa Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/concerned Court in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
