In view of such, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this case.

Respondent No. 2 is directed to pass final order in the Revision Petition after giving proper opportunity of hearing to petitioner and looking into all the relevant documents within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
