====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.
2. The petitioner, husband of opposite party no. 2, apprehends his arrest in a case punishable for the offence under Sections 498A, 494, 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of the Muslim Marriage Protection Act.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the intervention of well-wishers and family members, good sense prevailed between the parties and they have decided to live together, as husband & wife, and petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44965 of 2024(5) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 undertakes to keep opposite party no.2 with full respect and dignity.
4. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 does not dispute the contention made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, in view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
