The petitioner seeks bail in Udawant Nagar P.S. Case No.173 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused injury on the head of Rajeshwar Yadav. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nature of injury is simple.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one
