The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.B.Nagar P.S. Case No.215/16 registered under Section 20/22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 15 Kgs. ganja in two bags beneath the bed of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Seized ganja has not been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner but the same is said to have been recovered beneath the bed of the bed room of the house of the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 5.9.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12195 of 2017 (4) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge.-1,Siwan in G.B.
