1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2 Mr. Ravinesh Kumar.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498A, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case was sent for mediation by an order dated 22.08.2025. It is further submitted that though the mediation report is not on record but then the dispute in between the petitioner and the O.P. No.2 was resolved amicably.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41213 of 2025(4) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 No.2 Mr. Ravinesh Kumar does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner but then submits that petitioner in future as husband should not torture the O.P. No.2.
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.412/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
