2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 190, 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 351(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah Town Police Station Case
