11-03-2016 At the very outset, learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 12, by way of referring to averment made in the counter affidavit, submits that now the writ petition has become infructuous. This statement was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that ofcourse such fact has been stated in the counter affidavit, but despite the fact that learned counsel for the petitioner tried to get instruction regarding the status of the claim of the petitioner, he failed to get the same.

Accordingly, there is no need to keep the matter pending.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
