JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 366/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., at Annexure-2, reveals that matter was of love affairs with the petitioner. However, marriage could not be solemnized nor consummated.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 12th Additional Sessions Judge,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17286 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 Motihari, East Champaran/Successor Court, in connection with Sessions Trial No.1043 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
