2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for commanding the respondent authorities particularly the Respondent Nos. 2 & 6 to do/ensure a fair investigation concerning the Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No.-126/2024 dated 04.04.2024 registered under Sections 385,

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1187 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 452, 380, 506 & 34 of I.P.C. and Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No.-127/2024 dated 04.04.2024 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 & 34 of I.P.C.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur by filing an application for redressal of his grievances.

4. If such an application is filed before the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali by the petitioner then the same shall be considered and disposed of by the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali within two weeks of its filing in accordance with law.
