This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17/02/2020 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 11375/ 2019 for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner before the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated order dated 17/02/2020 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 11375/ 2019, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to non communication of the order.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53358 of 2023(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 In view of the aforesaid facts, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- before the District Legal Service Authority, Patna.
