2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhaul P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of firing. In the firing, no injury has been sustained by anyone.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2024. He is accused in eight cases.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40891 of 2025(4) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/ concenred Court in connection with Manjhaul P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Manjhaul Police Station District- Begusarai on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
