The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.93 of 2016 registered under Sections 47/54 of the Bihar Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 13 bottles, each containing 750 ml. foreign liquor, from the bag of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 16.05.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
