This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 448, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

For trivial dispute allegation of firing is there against the petitioner. However, no injury was caused to any one. Others allegedly committed assault. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Munger Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 285 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, or successor Court.
