1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50270 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/3 Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 158 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 379, 382 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case due to admitted land dispute. Further submission is that the land in question which was purchased by the informant belongs to one Vijay Kumar Jaiswal however, the informant purchased the land from Vikash Kumar Jaiswal who is not the owner of the said land. Learned counsel further submits that Vijay Kumar Jaiswal himself admitted that the petitioners are the caretaker of the land, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner/, above named is/are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I,
