JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/37(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 21.9 liters of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.01.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
