Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Madhepur PS Case No.107 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the daughter of the informant was married with the petitioner approximately 11⁄2 years back and after marriage, the petitioner and his mother were torturing the informant's daughter for realizing a motorcycle in dowry. It is also alleged that the daughter of the informant was killed by them for non-fulfillment of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of suicide as the wife has taken poison. Having considered the aforesaid facts and

No.15280 of 2018(4) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 circumstances as well as the nature of offence and accusation against the petitioner, husband of the deceased, the Court is not persuaded to grant bail to the petitioner, so the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Madhepur PS Case No.107 of 2017, pending in the court of learned ACJM, Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani.
