JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) Banuchhapar P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 11(d)(e)(f), 1(k) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act and Rules 47, 48, 49 and 51 of Transporting Rules, pending in the court of C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah.

As per FIR there is allegation of recovery some cattle and petitioner is named in the FIR and apart from that petitioner is accused in two other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against him.
