2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner seeks to file detail representation before the Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar.

3. The Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar is directed to call for the service records relating to the petitioner from the office of the Civil Surgeon-Cum-Chief Medical Officer, Gaya and release the admitted retiral dues to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
