2. The petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 909(C)/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 76, 109(1), 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 308(5), 351(3), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per complaint petition, petitioners alleged to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40254 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 2/3 assault informant and her parents causing head and bodily injuries, where alleged assault was made with an intention to cause death.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 is the wife of complainant and as petitioner no. 1 lodged a case for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the IPC/Section 85 of the BNS on 12.11.2024 against complainant, present false case was lodged implicating entire family of petitioner no. 1. It is submitted that petitioner no 2 is father of petitioner no. 1 and father-in-law of complainant petitioner no. 3 and 4 are brothers of petitioner no. 1 and brothers-in-law of the complainant. Arguing further, it is submitted that parties now settled their disputes and differences, arising out of their matrimonial discord and agreed to withdraw all pending criminal cases. It is submitted that detailed compromise petition was drafted and signed by the parties dealing with all terms and conditions of the compromise on 06.06.2026. Aforesaid compromise petition was submitted across the board, which was taken on record. Petitioner claimed clean antecedent.

6. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by

No.40254 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 3/3 taking note of fact as complaint appears lodged in the background of matrimonial discord, which prima-facie now appears compromised between the parties, as discussed aforesaid, accordingly all above-named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Buxar/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No. 909(C)/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
