The petitioner, namely, Manish Mishra is in custody in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.08 of 2016 under Sections 399, 402, 414 IPC and 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is that the informant-police chased accused persons, who had also committed dacoity and from possession of this petitioner one country made pistol, three live cartridges and one Nokia mobile were recovered. Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2016, I direct that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34891 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 bond of Rs.10,000.00 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.08 of 2016.
