The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, two cartridges are recovered in this case. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15-02-20198. Charge sheet has already been submitted. two cartridges are said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
