Petitioner is accused in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 302, 307, 120B of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Neither he was arrested on the spot nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18930 of 2017.
