1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sanhoula P.S. Case No. 173 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are women having clean antecedent and are alleged to have caught the son of the informant while Sajjad and Najim stabbed him with a knife on his back.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42835 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 next submitted that the allegation of stabbing the informant's son is against Sajjad and Najim and petitioners being related to the accused persons have been falsely implicated in the present case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sanhoula P.S. Case No. 173 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
