Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 393 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 (I-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. One country made loaded pistol was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner was caught by the informant and other police officials.

Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 11.12.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Saharsa Rail P.S. Case no. 21/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
