2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 633 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have inflicted gun-shot injury to Dinesh Chouhan.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. During trial, the victim, namely Dinesh Chouhan has not supported the prosecution case and has clearly stated that petitioner has not caused any fire arm injury to him. 5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S.
