A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 and 4.

The petitioner, in fact, seeks a declaration from this Court that he shall be governed by the service condition applicable to the employees of the State Government. Having appreciated the difficulty, Mr. Amish Kumar, after making submission at some length, states that the petitioner be granted liberty to ventilate his grievance as raised in

Patna High Court CWJC No.22160 of 2014 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 this application before the respondent no.1 for consideration. The writ application stands disposed of granting the petitioner the said liberty.

Needless to observe, if any such representation is filed, the same shall receive due consideration at the hands of the respondent in accordance with law.
