JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2016 Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in para-1 of the petition within course of the day. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of Excise Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught while making illegal country made liquor and several articles including intoxicated tablets were recovered from his possession, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 pending in the court of Sri Pradeep Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33889 of 2016 (3) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj Madhepura stands rejected.

However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after four months, if his trial is not concluded within the above stated period.
