2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 34 of IPC .

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons with the common intention brutally assaulted the husband of the informant causing grievous injury to him and during course of treatment he died. Postmortem report also discloses multiple antemortem injuries and the cause of death is

4. Considering the accusation , postmortem report and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
