The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mahuawa Chhauradano Police Station Case No 21 of 2017 dated 16.02.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

As per written report, 360 bottles of Nepali Wine of 300 ml each have been recovered from the Nano Car on which petitioners along with one another, namely, Raju Kumar @ Raj Kumar were sitting.

It is submitted that Raju Kumar @ Raj Kumar has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20207 of 2017 (4) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 26.04.2017 in Cr Misc No 19156 of 2017. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran in connection with Mahuawa Chhauradano Police Station Case No 21 of 2017 dated 16.02.2017 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relatives of the petitioners.
