ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2018 in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No.288 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and if at all any case is made out it is one of civil nature, for which appropriate remedy is to file suit by the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Taking into consideration the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22419 of 2018 (3) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No.288 of 2017.
