Under the aforesaid circumstanced, the Court is constrained to allow the writ petition. Quashed the order of suspension contained in Annexure-1.

The quashing of Annexure-1 will not in any manner affect the pending departmental proceeding which shall be concluded by the respondents in accordance with law at the earliest after providing opportunity to the petitioner.
