2. The petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2016 in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 163 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the accusation is general and omnibus in nature. The deceased had in fact committed suicide by hanging herself. The petitioner being the mother-in-law of the deceased has been living separately from the deceased and her husband. The petitioner claims clean antecedent. It is further stated that the husband of the deceased has since been acquitted by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge2, Hilsa, Nalanda in Sessions Trial No. 158/2015.

4. In the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner (Sharda Devi) be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27367 of 2016 (2) dt.18-07-2016 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-2, Hilsa (Nalanda) in S.T. No. 189/16 (arising out of Chandi P.S. Case No. 163/2015).
