Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,302 of IPC and 27 Arms Act.

The petitioner is main assailant.

The report of the learned Trial Judge reveals that due to Covid effect, trial did not progress. Petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2020.

In the past, prayer for bail was refused to the petitioner on 01.02.2021.

Learned counsel for the informant is appearing. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51901 of 2021(3) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 connection with S.Tr.No.346 of 2021 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No.103 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Patna City. Hence, prayer is refused. Learned Trial Court is expected to conclude the trial within nine months.
