This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents, specially to the respondent No. 4, the Circle Officr, Jalapur, Saran to pass Mutation order, with respect of the land mentioned in the compromised decree and the same land has been allotted to the petitioner by the Sub-Judge-VI, chapra, in Partition despite the order of the Deputy Collector of land Reforms, Sadar, Saran in Mutation Appeal No. 28 of 2021-22 on 04.10.2021 .

3 . It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has already filed an application vide annexure - 2 to this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.9884 of 2023(2) dt.14-12-2023 2/2 petition before the respondent No. 4 the Circle Officer, Jalalpur, Saran for compliance of order dated 04.10.2021 passed by the Deputy Collector of land Reforms, Sadar, Saran whereby the the Circle Officer, Jalalpur, Saran was directed to implead the name of the petitioner but till date no action has been taken in this regard.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Jalalpur, Saran ( respondent No. 4 ) to dispose of the application i.e., annexure-2 to this writ petition filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law after hearing all the parties preferably within a further period of six months from the date of receipt of the order.
