The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pakribarawan (Dhamaul) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 149, 427, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 447, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons assaulting the informant and his family members. There is specific allegation on the petitioner of assaulting the daughter of the informant namely Priyanka Kumari with a Khanti on her head. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury report would show that the injuries are the simple in nature. It is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in jail since 10.02.2018 and has a clean antecedent.

Case No. 27 of 2018.
