For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, Advocate For the State-respondents : Mr. Satyadeo Kumar-S.C.-05 For the C.S.B.C. : Mr. Sanjay Pandey, Advocate =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-11-2015 The reason for non-appointment of the petitioner on the Post of Constable was not attaining the minimum fixed standard of height. The required height was 165 cms. whereas on the measurement of the petitioner his height was found to be 164 cms. in all such cases such candidates were given opportunity of filing an appeal for re-measurement. Since the petitioner did not avail that facility then and now the final selection/appointment has already been concluded, this Court is not willing to allow a flood-gate of applications asking for re-measurement at such belated stage.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8038 of 2015 dt.03-11-2015 2/2 Writ has no merit. It is dismissed.
