====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that Police got confidential information from HSO, Chhaurahi, Police Station that after committing crime of dacoity some miscreants are fleeing away from the area. The informant along with other Police personnel reached the place of occurrence. They saw one Motorcycle. Three persons were sitting on aforesaid Motorcycle. The informant signalled them to stop but they started running away. On chase, they were apprehended by the police. They disclosed their names as Jitendra Sahni, Vikash

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37286 of 2019(2) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 Kumar and Chandan Sahni (petitioner). On search, Rs.15,000/- has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. There is no recovery of any firearm from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Rajeev Kumar Bharti, learned Sub Judge-VI cum A.C.J.M.-IV, Begusarai, in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
