JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Respondents.

The petitioner took Electric connection for running Atta Chakki Mill (Flour Mill). There was some energy dues against the petitioner. On account of non-payment of the same Certificate proceeding was initiated, which was dismissed. Another Certificate proceeding met with the same fate. The petitioner submits that though the Certificate proceedings have been dismissed, still electric connection has not been restored.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7969 of 2015 (5) dt.23-11-2015 2 / 2 Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, learned counsel for the Power Holding Company submits that there was a dues of Rs.29,000/- and odd against the petitioner and if he pays the same, the authorities would consider restoring the electric connection. Having regard to the nature of dispute, if the petitioner files a representation before respondent no.4, he would dispose of the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the same.

The petitioner submits that he is willing to deposit the due amount in two equal installments. It is open for the petitioner to make such representation before respondent no. 4, who would duly consider his representation.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
