JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to make payment of his retiral benefits like pension, remaining amount of Provident fund and other retiral dues.

The petitioner retired on 31.5.2004 while working as ARTI(c) in the Central workshop, Fulwarisharif, Patna of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation. He submits that he has not been paid most of the retiral benefits.

Mr. P.K.Verma, learned Senior counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that the petitioner has been paid all his retiral benefits, which is being disputed by the petitioner with reference to Annexure 3 to the writ petition.

If the petitioner files a representation before the authorities of the Corporation with specific details of the dues, the latter would dispose of the matter within three months thereof.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.
