Petitioner, Md. Shaheed, is in custody since 29.03.2016 in Patna Junction Rail Thana Case No. 70 of 2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that out of five co-accused persons, four have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 29604 and 28741 of 2016. The case of this petitioner is on same footing.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Patna in connection with Patna Junction Rail P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016.
