Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 4 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case during investigation on statement of hearsay witnesses. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-2 (series). Petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2019.

Case No. 4 of 2017.
