The petitioner seeks bail in connection of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 21 of 2012 registered under Sections 255, 256, 257, 258, 259, 260, 420 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide orders dated 5.5.2015 and 4.5.2016 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc.6186 of 2015 and 56591 of 2015. It is submitted that the trial has not yet been concluded although the trial court reported earlier that the trial was likely to be concluded within three months. More than seven months have already elapsed, but the trial has not yet been concluded. The petitioner is in jail since 14.7.2014 and he has remained in jail for about two and half years.
