JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Raghunandan Sao and, after that, the confessional statement of petitioner and other co-accused was recorded. Except the aforesaid fact, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 5.06.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S.Case No. 69 of 2016.
